We really enjoyed staying here as it was right at the center of everything we wanted to do. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided us with great service during our stay. The room was really nice and had all the amenities we needed, including a sitting area and coffee facilities. The breakfast was also really delicious with many options to choose from.
Highly recommend this place to friends who are looking for a centrally located hotel with great service and amenities.

The location of this hotel offered great access to all major tourist attractions in the city with a metro stop nearby. However, it was hard to find a direct connection from the airport. Being situated in the centre, it was convenient to explore the city and the rooms were comfortable with well-equipped large bathrooms. The staff provided friendly service and the breakfast had a good variety of local fare.
The elevator was old and slow, causing guests some inconvenience.

Wonderful location, right in the heart of the city. The hotel is clean, modern, and beautifully designed. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom was large and well-appointed. The complementary fruit water and sweets in the entrance were a charming touch. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff, especially Carlos and Tina, were great.

During our Easter stay, we were pleased with two particular aspects of this hotel. the location was excellent. It was conveniently situated near major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. the hotel had great wifi connectivity, great to stay connected and easily share our vacation moments with friends and family.
There were a couple of negative aspects to note. the lack of clear instructions regarding the offsite parking was a hassle.

We loved the hotel's central location, perfect for exploring the city's top attractions on foot and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The facilities were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of choices and quality Nespresso coffee.
Nothing not to love! Everything was pretty good and we had a fantastic stay.
